Founded by May, The Art of Senses brings together insights from sensory awareness, nervous system regulation, mindful movement, and lived experience to support people moving from survival mode toward clarity, presence, and intentional growth.
This is a space for those who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or at a crossroads, and who sense that balance is not found by doing more, but by listening more deeply.
Through education, reflection, guided experiences, and community, The Art of Senses offers practical tools to cultivate greater awareness, coherence, and meaning in everyday life.

A bit of Personal Story
Growing up, I felt a deep connection to the world around me. Over time, however, the pressures of responsibility, chronic stress, and constant adaptation slowly dimmed that sense of presence.
Like many people, I learned to function well while feeling internally fragmented. What began to shift things for me was not a single practice, but learning to listen again, to my body, my senses, and the subtle signals that shape how we live, work, and relate to the world.
As someone navigating the tension between daily demands and the desire for inner clarity and balance, I understand how easily we lose connection with ourselves.
Through years of personal exploration, study, and guiding others, I came to see mindful living not as a destination, but as an ongoing art, one that requires presence, practice, and compassionate self-understanding.
The Art of Senses was born from this lived exploration.
Our Mission
The mission of The Art of Senses is to create accessible, grounded spaces for mindful growth, with a more direct focus on women navigating overwhelm, transition, and the complexities of modern life.
TAOS exists to support:

- Encouraging conscious, embodied decision-making

Here, we offer individual and group experiences, from mindful movement and sensory practices to immersive workshops, community circles, and reflective talks.
